Perhaps the oldest cheese ever to be produced, older than cow’s or sheep’s cheese. The goat cheese is very important for the human body because it has a high digestibility and nutritional values, and so is gaining its lost prestige in recent years. This cheese contains more iron and calcium than any other cheese.
Suggestion: Perfect as a snack accompanied by white toast and herbs. Pair it with white wine or a cold beer.
