Uses: Use whenever a rich, hickory smoke flavor is desired. When cooking indoors, but want the flavor of an open grill, just add a few drops of liquid smoke to your BBQ sauce, marinade, or dressing recipes. Add a few drops to braised meats. A drop in a bean dip will add a wonderful flavor. We use it in ketchup for our burgers.
